NavvyAI: meeting recording
NavvyAI is ZenSavvy's AI agent platform. Its note-taking assistant joins the client's video calls as a visible participant and records the meeting's audio in order to transcribe it and generate notes. How that data is handled is detailed in our privacy policy.
The client is responsible for informing participants that the meeting will be recorded and for obtaining their consent before the assistant joins. In several jurisdictions — including parts of Mexico, the United States and the European Union — recording a conversation without the consent of those taking part is unlawful, and the applicable law depends on where each participant is located. It is the client's responsibility to:
- Tell attendees, before starting, that the meeting will be recorded and transcribed.
- Obtain whatever consent the law applicable to that meeting and its participants requires.
- Act immediately on any participant's objection by removing the assistant from the meeting.
- Refrain from using the assistant in meetings whose content is subject to a duty of secrecy or confidentiality that prevents it.
ZenSavvy takes steps to make the recording evident — the assistant appears under an identifiable name in the participant list and has to be admitted to the meeting — but does not and cannot verify that such consent was obtained. The client is answerable to third parties for its use of the assistant and will hold ZenSavvy harmless from any claim arising from recording a meeting without the required notice or consent.
The client can turn off automatic joining, exclude meetings or disconnect their Google account at any time from within the application.
Limitation of liability

Governing law
These terms are governed by Mexican law. Any dispute will be resolved before the competent courts of Mexico, unless a signed client agreement provides otherwise.
